I need holiday gift ideas for my mother (who has EVERYTHING)?

My mother is a 46 year old woman who makes a lot of money (so no gift cards), and basically can get whatever she wants, whenever she wants.
She never gives any hints about what she wants for Christmas and Hanukkah, so for the longest time I just got her lotions and bath stuff. I want to get something cute and original, and I just don’t know what to do.

About my mom:
She is 46 years old.
Her favorite color is pink.
She has an obese yorkie that she loves more than anything in the world.
She stresses a lot.
She just got over a broken ankle.
She likes music.
She HATES giftcards.
She has horrible taste in clothes, and whenever I try to help her pick clothes, she hates them.
She loves to read Danielle Steel books (so if anyone likes Danielle Steel and has a book idea, PERFECT!)
she has a little ipod nano, she never uses it. I want to get her a little pink armstrap for it for when she runs, but I just don’t think she’d ever use it…
oh I LOVE the photo album idea!
I’m graduating and going to college next year, so that’s a fabulous idea!

you should make this (i hope you can sew) ok what about a book cover with a picture of her yorkie on it, make it pink. scent it with her favorite bath salt smell. you are going to have a great time with it. make it special, add some glitter. be creative.
